The Quality and Institutional Excellence Cooperative Society is an association concerned with quality and institutional excellence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, headquartered in Riyadh. It was established pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. (107593). It is a professional association with an independent legal and financial personality, working under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, with the aim of providing training programs in the field of quality. Institutional excellence, qualifying entities and establishments in quality and institutional excellence systems, awards and standards, providing consultations and studies in the field of quality and institutional excellence, and granting accreditation certificates.

The focus of modern schools represented by different institutional excellence frameworks and tools on different aspects of business in different entities (governmental, private, and non-profit) is an option that cannot be ignored or avoided. These frameworks, models and tools include the integration of their roles on all aspects of the entity’s business. Therefore, entities are required to work to adopt the excellence model, work to apply it, fulfill its requirements, and adhere to it in their journey towards achieving institutional excellence, and therefore we, as a consulting body, seek to stand by the entities in their journey towards achieving the highest institutional excellence.
